Privacy notice

Who we are
Mastera Learning Center is a Montessori Math centre in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, and a division of Mastera. We are responsible for the personal data described in this notice. [Owner to add the legal entity name and registration details.]
What we collect when you enquire
- Your name and phone number, and your email address if you give it.
- Your child’s first name and school grade, if you give them.
- What you are interested in, a preferred time to call, and any message you write.
We use this only to reply to your enquiry and arrange a diagnostic or visit. We ask for your consent on the form, and you can withdraw it at any time.
What we hold for enrolled children
- Contact details for parents or guardians.
- The child’s name, grade, diagnostic results, skill records, booklets and guide observations.
- Photos of the child at work, only where a parent has given consent.
We use this to teach your child, plan their program and keep you informed. We collect only what we need for that purpose.
Who can see it
Your family and the centre staff who teach or support your child. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Data is stored with a secure hosting provider that processes it on our behalf. [Owner to confirm the provider and the country where data is stored, and any transfer outside the Kingdom.]
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment are deleted after a limited period. Records of enrolled children are kept while the child attends and for a limited time afterwards. [Owner to set both periods.]
Your rights
In line with the Kingdom’s Personal Data Protection Law, you can ask to be told what data we hold, to receive a copy, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted when it is no longer needed. You can withdraw consent, for example for photos, at any time.
Contact
To make a request or ask a question about your data, contact the centre (contact email coming soon). We will reply within the time the law requires.
